Cancelling your Order
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time up to the loading of your order on to our lorry. However, should your order already be on-route, we may charge the standard delivery fee for your area.
Restrictions on returns
Your right to return goods exclude ‘Special Order’ products which have been made to your specification unless found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you. In these cases, the goods will be replaced without charge. Refunds or exchanges on standard orders are not permitted if the goods were supplied correctly.
Delivery
From placing the order, we strive to deliver the goods within 7 days. Kerbside delivery only.
Shortages or damaged goods must be reported to the driver on delivery in order for us to re-deliver as soon as possible.
Service availability
Our site is only intended for use by residents in England. We do not accept orders from businesses and personnel outside this country.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by email or telephone.
