Since 2023 we have had the privilage of supplying and installing our steel railings and bespoke fencing for a new build housing estate in Kings Hill, Kent. The developer desired high quality, durable and an aesthetically pleasing fencing solution to commend the modern and timeless architectural style of the development.
The project involved the installation of steel railings and bespoke fencing for a the site to improve security, aesthetics, and safety. The steel railings were used around the perimeter of the site, while bespoke fencing was designed for specific areas to enhance privacy and design.
The railings needed to blend seamlessly with the design and offer a sturdy boundary without obstructing views. Additionally, the installation had to be efficient and non-invasive to avoid disruptions to the surrounding landscaping and construction process.
To address the aesthetic concerns and privacy needs, high-quality wooden panels for the bespoke fencing were chosen. The panels were treated for weather resistance to ensure longevity. Heavy-duty, lockable gates were installed for controlled entry and exit points.
